A Hammock is a perfect prop to train your flexibility.  It defies gravity and allows you to perform various yoga poses that is difficult to do on the ground. Almost all the body parts are forced to move and stretch, and joints are regenerated and strengthened due to these movements.  The Master Mat Hammock is made with a single piece of seamless fabric for increased safety.
