Working with Yoga Wheels
Time to stop having that misconception of yoga props are only for advanced yogis! That is so untrue. Props are especially important for beginners to maintain a proper posture and serves as an aid to a lot of poses. With the yoga wheel, you can go deeper into the stretch and aids with poses like splits, backbends and many others. You can also use it to gently massage your spine. Try it and love it.
We categorize my preferred video selection by time not by body parts. No matter how little time you have, you can now easily find your workout.
