Terms and Conditions
Items are sent out within 3-7 days after order confirmation. For yoga props or bigger items, please allow 3 more days for shipment to arrive.
＊＊Replacement Notes (Applies for online purchases only)＊＊
1. You can exchange the goods within 10 days from reception of purchase, except for the special sales products.
2. Please sent a email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org describing the issue within 2 days of reception
3. Check if the item fulfills the following condition:
- Make sure the item is unworn and the tag is still intact. Please do not try to squeeze in. If it looks too small, it is probably too small for you. Not all brands run the same size chart.
- If you receive a damaged, soiled or wrong size/item, please contact us immediately on the day of reception so we won't run out of replacement stock.
- Replacement of the goods must not be used, fitted, soiled, damage or have any odd odor.
- Product receipt, shipping receipt and goods need to be returned at the same time.
3. In the following cases, we have the right to refuse to replace the goods:
- Goods appear damaged or soiled due to personal use or fitting.
- After the replacement deadline.
- Replacement of the goods being damaged or soiled.
- Receipt is lost or incomplete.
- Not our available products.
4. Replacement rules:
- Customer MUST go to our shop for product replacement
- No refund. Delivery cost will not be refunded and will not be convert as store credit. Only the price of the goods will be use as store credit.
- Customer can replace the same or higher value of the goods, the difference between two goods will be charged.
- If the value of the replaced good is lower than the original value, we will not refund the difference between them.
- No replacement for in-store purchases
