Package Refusal:

If you refuse shipping, we will issue you a full refund minus shipping fee plus the handling charges to ship it back to us (Original shipping fee is stated in the shipping fee table as stated on https://www.asiayogies.com/pages/shipping-policy-and-free-shipping, and for the handling charges, it will be quote on a case by case bases by the shipping company).

Other charges:

  • Import tax may arise on international orders. Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All transaction are charged in Hong Kong dollar. We are not responsible for the exchange rate and any fee that arises.

Package Refusal:

  • If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following:
  • Original and return shipping charges
  • Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments
  • The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

For international returns, please refer to our returns page. Return the items using an insured and trackable postal carrier. Customers are responsible for return shipping. When your return is received and processed, we’ll email you a store credit notification. Store credit is not entitle to free shipping or any other promotion.
