Free shipping is available for non-remote commercial area and SF pick-up points listed in the links below.  Just make a minimum purchase of $300, or if it includes yoga mat, yoga bricks or yoga wheel, make a min purchase of $500.

For Remote Area and Residential Areas, 

  • $30 hkd shipping for purchases over $300 (exclude mat, bricks and wheel)
  • $30 hkd shipping for purchases over $500 (include mat, bricks and wheel)
  • $60 hkd for purchases less than $300

Package Refusal:

If you refuse shipping, we will issue you a full refund minus shipping fee plus the handling charges to ship it back to us (Original shipping fee is stated in the shipping fee table as stated on https://www.asiayogies.com/pages/shipping-policy-and-free-shipping, and for the handling charges, it will be quote on a case by case bases by the shipping company).

Other charges:

  • Import tax may arise on international orders. Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All transaction are charged in Hong Kong dollar. We are not responsible for the exchange rate and any fee that arises.

Package Refusal:

  • If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following:
  • Original and return shipping charges
  • Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments
  • The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

 

Domestic and International Returns:
 
For international returns, please refer to our returns page. Return the items using an insured and trackable postal carrier. Customers are responsible for return shipping. When your return is received and processed, we’ll email you a store credit notification. For customers entitled to free shipping, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit. Asia Yogies is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages. For US, Hong Kong and Macau, please contact us for local return address.
