We pride ourselves in our selection. If you are unsatisfied with your product and meet the Return Criteria below, we will happily refund as store credit for the value of the merchandise. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If you meet all of the following requirements, you may proceed with the return process outlined below.
- Return must be conducted within 10 days from the day you receive them (base on the date provided by the courier)
- Return must be done in-store or alternative, you may sent it to the SF express EF box*. Store credit will be issued. Please message us before proceeding on the return.
- Item/s must be unworn and unwashed
- All tags must be attached ( We do double check this before sending it out. The possibility of having no tag and full of sweat and make up is impossible. Please do not treat us like stupid and DO NOT RETURN WORN ITEMS. We are all trying to make a living here, and life is not easy. So please please please don't return stuff at this condition to us)
- Accessories and yoga props such as headwear, yoga mat, yoga towels etc are not refundable for sanitary purposes
- Items marked final sale are not refundable or exchangeable. Promotional items may be final sale, see specific promotion for full details.
- If return is due to damage or quality issues, or wrong item sent, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org before you proceed with the return process
*Please note: shipping back items that do not fall within the above policy without consulting customer service will not guarantee an exchange or replacement. We take the satisfaction of our customers and the quality of our product very seriously and want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. - Send an email to email@example.com indicating your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Within 48 hours you will be sent a confirmation email with the address of Asia Yogies via email
Return by shipper paid method to EF box by SF Express
- Please return the item in person to our store at Causeway bay. 505 Hennessy Road, Solo Radio City Unit 613, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (Please confirm the hours with us beforehand. The most updated store hour can be found on our Facebook page and our front page). You may choose between exchange, issue store credit or online store credit for this method of return.
- If you return the item without tag or not in its original condition as listed above, we will return it to you by RECEIVER PAID method. NOT BECAUSE YOU SENT IT BACK BY COURIER YOU CAN RETURN IT IN HOWEVER CONDITION YOU LIKE
- Please sent us a picture of the shipping slip with the tracking number through whatsapp at +852 65244836 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For this method of return, only online store credit will be issue. It will take up to 72 hours for processing after we receive the package.

- To enjoy our free return to EF Locker, please sent from a SF station or a SF Service Center by Shipper Paid method to our EF locker. The Return shipping fee will be return to you as store credit for your next purchase once we inspect that the item is with tag, unworn and in its original condition. Other methods of return is at your own cost, and if it is sent to us using receiver paid method, we will return the item to you at your own cost.
