We pride ourselves in our selection. If you are unsatisfied with your product and meet the Return Criteria below, we will happily refund as store credit for the value of the merchandise. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If you meet all of the following requirements, you may proceed with the return process outlined below.
- Return must be conducted within 10 days of the delivery date
- Return must be done in-store only
- Item/s must be unworn (including fitting) and unwashed
- All tags must be attached
- Accessories and yoga props such as headwear, yoga mat, yoga towels etc are not refundable for sanitary purposes
- Items marked final sale are not refundable or exchangeable. Promotional items may be final sale, see specific promotion for full details.
- If return is due to damage or quality issues, or wrong item sent, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org before you proceed with the return process
*Please note: shipping back items that do not fall within the above policy without consulting customer service will not guarantee an exchange or replacement. We take the satisfaction of our customers and the quality of our product very seriously and want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. For this reason it is mandatory that you speak with a customer service agent if your garment does not fall within the Return Policy criteria.
- Send an email to email@example.com indicating your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Within 48 hours you will be sent a confirmation email with the address of Asia Yogies via email
- Please return the item to our store at Causeway bay. 505 Hennessy Road, Solo Radio City Unit 613, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (Please confirm the hours with us beforehand. The most updated store hour can be found on our Facebook page and our front page)
